I love a classic and traditional boy name.
I especially love it when it’s a family name that has been passed down through generations or a surname with history behind it.
That being said, I have always found boy names much harder than girl names. It seems like every classic name I love has either become incredibly popular or is already being used by someone I know.
Still, there is something timeless about a traditional boy name. Whether it’s Henry, James, Theodore, George, or William, these names have a way of feeling both strong and familiar—equally fitting for a little boy and the man he will one day become.

When creating a registry list, I tend to gravitate to things that are meant to last, functional, and well designed. Here are some of the things I used everyday.
- Doona – I didn’t know how much I would love this, especially being a mom with multiple kids.
- Diapers – As a mom who has tried nearly every brand of diapers, this is the winner.
- Bouncer – I used this one with all of my kids.

For a classic baby boy nursery, I tend to lean towards warmer neutrals, traditional textures, and heirloom-inspired details.
The goal is to create a room that can grow with your child while still feeling like a thoughtful and beautiful nursery from the very beginning. I have always loved seeing a beautifully designed nursery—the story it tells, the anticipation it holds, and the potential it has to evolve alongside a growing child.
